Trevor Perkins is a humble hardworking chef who is ridiculously passionate about the food he creates and serves up.
Tonight the restaurant celebrated its 3rd birthday. Trev has a particular passion for smallgoods and his party BBQ was a real treat!
Hogget Kitchen was awarded its first One Hat last year 🙌 … we are SO PROUD of this achievement as it’s wonderful to see Trev recognised for all his hard work.
The Hogget philosophy is to let the ingredients speak for themselves – using the freshest of everything at the peak of its season.
Trevor and his talented team are big supporters of a large number of Gippsland local growers and producers, and a nose to tail approach to all the meat they prepare, carve and butcher on site means the best possible cuts for their guests and the least amount of wastage.
We are also very lucky and privileged that Trev chooses to come to our market every 3rd Saturday of the month.
