This Saturday we welcome @deloresbutterball … “My name is Cait (Caitlyn but no one has called me that for years). I learnt to bake from my Nan, she was a magician in the kitchen and never followed a recipe. She was always ready to feed the people she loved. I just wanted to be her when I grew up. She never took any shortcuts either. She used real ingredients and taught me to enjoy the process of baking.

I went to trade school for baking and became a processional baker in my early 20s and moved from Melbourne to Warragul last year to be closer to the produce Gippsland has to offer.” Cait, we can’t wait to meet you and wrap our laughing gear around your hot sausage rolls and hot pies
