We met Lauren and Glynn from Fankhauser Apples today. They run their 5th generation family business from Drouin. They are leading the development and implementation of new Orchard systems and technology. After chatting with Lauren, I discovered that the apple I was enjoying was a variety of apple found on their property in 2000 and was then cultivated to be grown throughout the world.
